Addition of a new CMS page for logging all the changes to the website and made it responsive. First entry in the new website change log.

Is it really necessary to have a change log for a portfolio website? No. But why do things that are only necessary? I wanted to make a page with a change log but did not have a website at that point. Now that I have one, why not. I want to do stupid things everyday, and this is mine for today.
